Finance Systems Analyst | Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)

We are looking for a Finance Systems Analyst to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. This role is focused on the business side of finance systems, supporting financial reporting, accounting processes, and ERP system improvements. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle accounting and finance while also possessing strong expertise in Dynamics NAV 2017 or Business Central.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support and enhance financial systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Assist with system implementations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
* Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with finance, IT, and operations teams to improve processes.
* Ensure data integrity and compliance with financial regulations.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience with NAV 2017 and/or Business Central.
* 2-3 years of full-cycle accounting and finance experience.
* Strong finance and accounting knowledge.
* Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
* Experience with SAP preferred.
* Experience with reporting tools (Jet Reports, Power BI, SSRS a plus).
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
* Experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus.
