Fullstack .NET Developer/Lead

Job Title: Fullstack Developer (Tech Lead)

Location: Onsite in Oslo or Bergen, with flexibility for remote work a couple of days a week.

Start Date: Roughly two weeks from now.

Project Length: Initial scope of 2-3 months, with potential extension for another 6-12 months.

Budget: Competitive rate/open to negotiation

About the Role: Our client is seeking a talented Fullstack Developer with strong technical experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the role of a Tech Lead and have a proven track record of leading teams of developers. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large, listed company on a solid customer project.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage a team of developers.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
* Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
* Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Requirements:

* Extensive experience as a Fullstack Developer.
* Proven experience in a Tech Lead role.
* Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks.
* Expertise in Fullstack .NET development, including ASP.NET, C#, and .NET Core.
* Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and popular frameworks like Angular or React.
* Experience with database technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
* Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
