What You'll Do

Project Management:

* Adapt to changes and challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.

Product Development:

* Drive the evolution of key software products, collaborating closely with customers and internal teams.
* Identify and implement new features that add real value for users.

Business Development:

* Strengthen relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for business growth.
* Participate in strategic discussions to drive innovation and expand service offerings.

Who You Are

We're looking for a project manager who is proactive, strategic, and thrives on delivering results. You have a strong technical understanding, business acumen, and the ability to navigate between different priorities with agility.

Qualifications:

* Minimum 2 years of experience in IT/software project management, preferably combined with product management or business development.
* Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams, ideally across different locations or cultures.
* B1 minimum Norwegian
