Senior Dynamics F&O Consultant

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Take full ownership of 5-7 customers, managing their ERP implementations, upgrades, and support.
*

Work directly with customers to analyse, optimise, and enhance their Dynamics 365 F&O solutions.
*

Handle a mix of new implementations, upgrades, and operational support, including legacy versions (AX 2012, 2009).
*

Collaborate with developers to implement system changes and customisations.
*

Act as the primary point of contact for customer requests and provide high-level functional support.
*

Assist in integrating external systems with Dynamics 365 F&O.
*

Stay updated on new functionalities, add-ons, and product offerings to provide customers with the latest solutions.
*

Work primarily with customers across Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland.

Skills & Qualifications

*

8+ years of experience with Dynamics AX/D365 F&O (strong candidates with 6+ years may also be considered).
*

Expertise in AX 2012, 2009, with a willingness to work on both legacy and modern systems.
*

Strong functional knowledge, ideally in the Finance module, but experience across finance, procurement, sales, WMS, logistics, or production is valuable.
*

Consulting experience, with the ability to independently manage multiple customers and provide strategic guidance.
*

Experience with integrations to external systems and functional tasks across the full project lifecycle (from design to support).
*

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
