Senior Dynamics CRM Manager

A market leading, award winning organisation in the GTA are looking for a Senior Dynamics CRM Manager to join their team!

With investment in their newly implemented Dynamics CE platform and an ongoing improvement project, this is fantastic time to join and have a long term impact. This Senior CRM Manager will play a critical role in driving the roadmap moving forwards and bringing recommendations.

Responsibilities

* Leading an existing team of Dynamics Business Analysts and Support professionals
* Optimisation and ongoing improvements to Dynamics Sales and Marketing
* Working closely with senior level stakeholders and the technical team to execute changes and ensure business requirements are met
* Leading ongoing integration and enhancement projects

Necessary experience

* Platform knowledge across CRM Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service. Experience working through a full life cycle implementation
* Experience building and managing a team. Ideally stabilising teams at a critical point of growth
* Excellent communication skills, demonstrable experience managing Senior stakeholders and change management across a matrix organisation
