What You'll Do:

Design, develop, and optimize Talend-based ETL workflows (Studio & Cloud)

Ensure data quality, performance tuning, and seamless integration across systems
*

Work with healthcare-related data formats and adhere to compliance standards (HIPAA)
*

Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions
*

Support and mentor junior developers as needed
*

Contribute in an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira

What You'll Need to Succeed:

6+ years of ETL/Data Integration experience
*

Strong hands-on experience with Talend
*

Exposure to Azure, version control, and Agile methodologies
*

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
*

Experience with healthcare data is a plus
