A growing Microsoft Partner Consultancy are looking for a passionate AI Consultant join their impressive team. The role is home-based, with some element of travel to client sites when required, and to company conferences and events. For this reason, they're able to consider candidates across the UK.

This role sits within their specialist AI Practice - focused on providing cutting-edge solutions for their clients using the latest AI tech including Gen-AI, Machine Learning, Open AI, Co-Pilot etc.

You'll work as part of an Agile team, working directly with a range of clients to understand their business needs, design appropriate AI solutions, and ensure successful deployment and integration.

This will involve designing and developing AI models and algorithms, conducting data analysis and pre-processing to prepare data sets for AI model training, and providing training and support to clients on AI tools and best practices.

This role would be really well-suited to a Data Scientist looking to take their first-step into Consultancy, or an existing Consultant who is ready for the next step in their career - being a Microsoft Partner, they are committed to supporting you through your Microsoft Certifications with a huge emphasis on personal and professional development!

Requirements:

* Strong skills in Python scripting skills
* Experience delivering Data Science projects
* Experience with Gen-AI
* Experience with Microsoft data technologies
* Experience with Cloud platforms - ideally Azure
* Strong communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills

Role & Responsibilities

* Work closely with customers to advise on how Microsoft Dynamics would fit to their environment, infrastructure, functional and non-functional requirements
* Specialise in Architecture + Design (Dynamics CE - Sales, Marketing, Service, Field Services + Power Platform).
* Liaise with Business Analysts, End User's and Functional Leads to deliver architecture and design suitable of meeting the clients needs as well as being responsible for integration with third-party systems.
* Manage the design of both functional and technical teams throughout full project life cycles.
* Provide valuable support to the practice lead planning delivery of solutions and implementation.

Skills & Qualifications

* Senior Level - Experience in Microsoft stack with a history of working as a technical consultant or architect within a Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) environment.
* Proven track record of delivering successful implementations on complex Customer Service and Field Service engagements
* In-depth understanding D365 CE and experience of working on full life cycle implementations across various versions of Dynamics CRM - 4.0, 2011, 2013, 2016, 365.
* Ability to write high level solution architecture as well as technical design documentation.
* Exceptional client facing communication skills and the ability provide insightful pre-sales demonstrations.

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Support Analyst

Role Overview: As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Support Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving BC support tickets, offering first-line technical assistance, and acting as the internal point of contact (POC) for all Business Central-related matters. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure the smooth running of the system and assist with user queries, troubleshooting, and ongoing system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide first-line support for Microsoft Dynamics Business Central users, managing and resolving support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
* Serve as the internal point of contact for all BC-related inquiries, ensuring that users receive the appropriate guidance and solutions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to identify system issues and suggest improvements or updates.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose system errors and performance issues, escalating to senior technical staff when necessary.
* Assist with system updates, patches, and configuration changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
* Provide training and support to internal users on system functionalities and best practices.

Key Requirements:

* Proven experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics Business Central (BC).
* Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple support tickets and requests in a fast-paced environment.
* A good understanding of Business Central modules and functionality is preferred.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
