    We are looking to add an consultant with expertise in Business Intelligence to the team in Bergen!

    You will be part of a dedicated new data environment solving some of the most complex challenges facing customers today across Norway

    You will be tasked with bridging the gap between business and technology - encompassing the areas where strategy meets business development, processes, and technology

    The team impact a range of public and private sector companies - from start-ups and scale-ups, to larger organisations

    You will have the freedom to explore areas that interest you, and where your skills can be utilised the most

    Your day-to-day can include:

    * Speaking with customers to understand their requirements, define their needs, and identify opportunities for digitalisation
    * Advise customers on various solutions for optimisation
    * Formulating strategy and defining processes
    * Building data & BI solutions using modern technologies
    * Collaborating with technical and non-technical teams across the business to ensure delivery of solutions

    We are looking for you to bring some of the following skills and experiences:

    * Strong academic background with higher education an IT or business related subject
    * Experience working hands-on in a BI or data engineering role
    * Professional experience with SQL, Power BI, and Azure (Databricks, Data Factory, Synapse etc)
    * Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
    * A strong business understanding to gather requirements and formulate suggestions

    We require you to be fluent in English, and speak Norwegian to at least B2 level +

    I am working with a Microsoft partnered managed service provider who are looking for an experienced SQL Server DBA to join their team. The organisation are going through a period of significant growth and are working with a number of highly renowned clients to support them with their SQL Server requirements. You will work collaboratively with a team of like-minded DBAs with the goal to effectively resolve all client needs within a timely manner.

    This organisation are focused on the training and development of each member of the team. You will be given the opportunity to complete funded Microsoft certifications and training courses that can help develop your skill set further. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated, specialist team with the opportunity to work on interesting projects and further develop your skills.



    As part of this role, you will be responsible for some of the following areas.

    This is a salaried role paying up to £65,000 per year depending on experience. This is a fully remote opportunity with the opportunity to work from anywhere across the UK.     To be successful in this role you will have.

    * Previous experience working as a SQL Server DBA

    Business Central Admin - Baltimore - $110k - Remote Flex

    Our client is a non-profit who is going through a restructure and is in need of an ERP Admin to support their business applications as the business scales.

    Your New Role:

    * Lead support efforts on the organization's Microsoft Business Central ERP
    * Act as the liaison between company stakeholders and the Microsoft VAR
    * Design and build reports using analytics tools like Power BI
    * Troubleshoot system errors
    * Provide training to users on ERP processes and provide support to internal users, especially on the production floor, back office, and warehouse
    * Document workflows and identify paths for improvement
    * Manage and improve integrated technologies, specifically with WMS systems and E-Ship products
    * Make recommendations and modifications to business applications required for the continual growth of the business
    * Support and enhance internal line of business applications in conjunction with ERP system.
    * Coordinate Application and Process Change management relating to business applications.



    What You'll Need:

    * 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
    * Experience in non-profit, finance, or professional services
    * Knowledge of Power BI or SQL reporting is a plus
    * Ability to interface well with users to solve their short and long-term problems
    * Experience documenting current business processes and identify areas of improvement
    * Experience with Jet Reports, SQL Server, or Power BI
