    Position Summary:

    The Senior ERP Business Analyst is part of the Corporate IT team and indirectly manages IT and business teams, both onsite and remote, for production support, report development, and project management. Acting as a liaison between IT and business process owners, the role focuses on implementing ERP solutions using MS Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain (FSCM). This techno-functional position requires expertise in both business processes and technical solutions.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    * Participate in the company's Zero-Incident Safety Culture.

    * Indirectly manage cross-functional teams to support production and project management.
    * Train and support end-users on BI tools and reports, troubleshoot issues, and provide data analysis guidance.

    * Maintain project schedules and deliver projects on time and within budget.
    * Stay updated on technology solutions through professional reading and research.
    * Demonstrate a commitment to customer service with a sense of urgency.

    * Assist with troubleshooting D365 business process issues.
    * Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security standards.
    * Foster a positive culture and commitment to the Company's core values.
    * Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
    * Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an analyst/configurator in a Microsoft Dynamics AX/FSCM environment.
    * Minimum of 3+ years of experience with SQL Server scripting.
    * Experience in process documentation, including functional and technical design specifications.
    * Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure technologies, and Power BI.
    * Experience in data modeling, report writing, and forms design using Power BI and Azure Data Factory.
    * Familiarity with development methodologies and tools such as DevOps and Agile.
    * Experience in a manufacturing, sales, and distribution company preferred.
    * Experience developing solutions in MS Dynamics CE, PM, and field service modules preferred.
    * Experience in IT service management, digital transformation concepts, and automated testing procedures.
    * Six Sigma experience preferred.

    I'm looking for a seasoned Power BI professional to lead on the strategic adoption of Power BI reporting across a global organisation, as they kick-off their journey to become truly data-driven.

    This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in their office in South-West London, along with the rest of the team.

    This role will involve engaging with various senior stakeholders across the organisation to uncover and define data requirements, and translating these into effective Power BI solutions with the support of the Lead Data Engineer and a small team of Power BI Developers.

    You will use your expertise to guide the organisation on how exactly best to implement and roll-out these Power BI solutions, how to start centralising their existing data sources and reports, and will strive to improve data literacy across the organisation.
