We are seeking a talented Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation Lead to join our client, a leading End User in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a modern and innovative company driving the successful implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to enhance business processes and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Business Central, from initial scoping through to go-live and post-implementation support.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to understand their business needs and translate them into effective technology solutions.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions to ensure users are proficient in using the system.
* Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
* Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards to maximize the value of the implemented solution.
* Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process.
* Stay updated with the latest developments and updates in Dynamics 365 Business Central to provide cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in implementing Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
* Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful implementation projects.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients at all levels.
* Solid understanding of business processes and how they can be optimized using ERP solutions.
* Relevant certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central or related technologies are highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
