Job Title: Project Manager
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the merge of two companies and their system integrations, coordinating projects, and driving the selection and implementation of new processes and systems. You will play a key role in rolling out solutions that align with business needs, ensuring successful implementation and integration into existing structures.
Currently, the organisation is in the early stages of system selection and process definition. Your role will involve evaluating and choosing the best-fit systems, managing project rollouts, and ensuring smooth transitions. This position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver value-driven project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the selection and implementation of new systems to support business processes.

Coordinate testing, system setup, and integration with existing applications.

Plan and execute project rollouts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Facilitate training programs to ensure successful adoption of new systems.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide expert guidance.

Primary Projects
*
Assortment and Space Management: Implementing an application to manage store space and optimise product placement on shelves.

Campaign Management System: Designing and managing the system for planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Required Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in project management, specialising in IT projects.
*
Proven ability to lead projects from scoping and selection to implementation.
*
Strong experience in process mapping and rolling out new systems.
*
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information.
*
A proactive and confident leader who addresses challenges effectively.
*
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving environment.
*
Experience in retail processes is a significant advantage.
