We are looking for you to bring:

* Minimum of 5 years in a technical architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
* Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
* Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are beneficial
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex requirements and design scalable solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Proven experience managing projects through the full life-cycle, with a focus on delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, cloud infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 governance frameworks.

They are looking for someone has good experience in training customers on the adoption of new Microsoft technologies. The role will be focused on training their key client base on the benefits of using Power Apps and Power BI in particular, and also helping them to realise the full potential of the Power Platform.
