Who We're Looking For:

We're seeking developers with:

* A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
* Experience in backend, frontend, or full-stack development (Java, .NET, or JavaScript)
* Knowledge of SQL, Python, or Azure solutions
* Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
* Proficiency in Norwegian (minimum B2 level)
