Java Developer - Small Consultancy in Oslo Centre

Senior Consultant in a dynamic and growing consultancy. We are on the lookout for an experienced consultant to join our team.

The Expertise We're Looking For:

* At least 5 years as a developer.
* Proficiency in Kotlin or Java, and experience with React
* Strong communication skills are essential.
* Enjoy collaborating with developers and other team members.

Language Requirements

* Norwegian: Fluency required, with the ability to communicate effectively (Scandinavian languages at C1 level).
* English: Competency at a minimum B2 level

Additional requirements

* Experience with Kafka.
* Familiarity with Kubernetes.
* Experience in DevOps practices and test-driven development.
* Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.
* Familiarity with structured logs and metrics.
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, or similar.
* Comfort working in flexible, goal-oriented environments using frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, MC-FW, or OKR.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
* Experience in teams that manage their own solutions.
