Our client is looking for an experienced Lead Developer specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) for an exciting opportunity based in both Horsens and Copenhagen.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead development efforts on large-scale projects
* Work closely with the CTO to align technical strategies
* Guide and mentor the development team
* Support pre-sales activities, offering technical insights during discussions with prospective clients
* Design and implement technical solutions for significant customer projects
* Oversee daily operations and provide technical support to customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Demonstrated experience leading complex, high-level ERP projects
* Strong IT consulting background with solid business insight
* Proficiency in project planning, contract evaluation, and budget oversight
* Practical experience with Dynamics 365 FO implementations
* Fluent in both Danish and English
