Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Support Consultant to provide ongoing support and optimization of our clients' Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) environment. This role involves troubleshooting, system configuration, and providing technical support for end users to ensure the smooth running of financial and operational processes within the system. You will also collaborate with internal teams and clients to enhance system functionality and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide day-to-day support to users by resolving functional and technical issues related to Dynamics 365 F&O. Troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Handle incident and service requests, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).

System Configuration & Maintenance:
Assist in configuring and maintaining various modules within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, including Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Human Resources.
Perform regular system checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure peak performance.

User Training & Documentation:
Provide training and guidance to end users on system functionality and best practices.
Develop and maintain user documentation, knowledge base articles, and system procedures.

System Enhancements & Process Improvement:
Work with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new features, functionalities, or integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O.
Collaborate with developers and technical teams to address system customizations or integrations.

Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with project teams, business analysts, and other consultants to understand client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Provide regular status updates to management, including any issues, enhancements, and system performance metrics.

Version Upgrades & Patches:
Support system upgrades, patches, and new releases of Dynamics 365 F&O, ensuring minimal business disruption and smooth transitions.
*

Compliance & Security:
Ensure the application of necessary security protocols, compliance standards, and financial regulations within the system.

Required Skills & Experience:

*

Experience:

* Proven experience in a support role with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (minimum 2-3 years).
* Experience with at least one of the following Dynamics 365 F&O modules: Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, or HR.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and business processes within finance and operations.

Technical Skills:

* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations' features, functionality, and configuration.
* Basic knowledge of X++ programming language and Visual Studio is an advantage.
* Understanding of system integration and data migration techniques.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Analytical & Communication Skills:

* Ability to analyze user issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong documentation and training skills.

Collaboration & Time Management:

* Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.

Education:

* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
* Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310) would be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer-facing support role or consulting environment.
* Knowledge of Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI) and its integration with Dynamics 365 F&O.
* Familiarity with Azure DevOps for issue tracking and release management.
