About the Role

As Lead BI Developer, you'll take ownership of driving data excellence, fostering team success, and enhancing our BI offerings. You'll work closely with internal teams and external partners, combining strategic vision with hands-on expertise to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership: Transform our BI product into an indispensable tool that drives decision-making for our clients. Oversee the integration and optimization of tools like Adverity, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI, ensuring innovation is at the core of our solutions.
* Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and inspire new team members, building a culture of collaboration and high performance.
* Streamlined Delivery: Establish and refine processes for BI delivery, from sales and scoping to execution and long-term maintenance, ensuring quality and transparency.
* Business Development: Start hands-on with ongoing projects while recruiting and scaling the team. As the team expands, shift focus toward strategic initiatives and enhancing our service offerings.

What You Bring

We're looking for a driven, innovative leader with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.

Essential Experience:

* Delivering dashboards or visualizations, with a strong focus on data quality and actionable insights.

Preferred Experience:

* Experience in Data Analysis
* Managing B2B project deliveries.
* Leading teams or engaging in business development.

Technical Skills Required:

* Solid understanding of ETL processes and SQL.
* Proficiency in Power BI or similar visualization tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

* Familiarity with data engineering on the Google Cloud Platform.

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in BI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or a related field is required.
