Functional Dynamics NAV/ D365 BC Consultant

I am actively representing a reputable UK Microsoft Partner who are looking to add to their award winning consultancy team with an enthusiastic functional Dynamics 365 Business Central professional. The role will centre around the successful candidate helping to deliver full cycle implementations of D365 BC across a range of interesting customers as we head into the new year.

Working within a like minded team, this is a phenomenal opportunity to build on prior D365 Business Central implementation skills across fresh projects in 2025. Whether you are looking to implement end user project experience in a specialised supplier environment, or perhaps within the partner channel looking for a strong pipeline of innovative projects to grow with, this could be the role for you!

This is a full time, permanent role - offering full home working flexibility, with expectation for occasional on-site travel; project phase dependant.

The role will involve:

* End to end functional project consultancy on fresh Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, as well as Dynamics NAV > D365 BC system upgrades
* Analysing customer business requirements, mapping out processes and developing functional design documentation
* Assisting with system installation & configuration phases, as well as testing to ensure best fit for customer expectations
* Training users on new system functionality, and supporting go-live process
* Involvement in continuous system improvement work post go-live

Skill set required:

* A strong functional knowledge and understanding of Dynamics 365 Business Central/ Dynamics NAV
* A proven background across full functional implementation life cycle of D365 BC/ NAV (inc. project analysis, design, FDD writing, testing, training and go-live support)
* Firm business process/ vertical expertise - ideally including manufacturing, finance, supply chain, sales or service
* Confident, consultative communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both individually and within a team
