The Role

As our BI Developer, you'll step in as a key leader, driving data strategy and innovation during this critical phase. You'll oversee BI delivery, refine processes, and ensure seamless integration of tools while supporting and mentoring the existing team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Strategic Leadership: Lead the evolution of BI tools and processes to empower clients with actionable insights. Tools include Adverity, Google Cloud Platform, and Power BI.
* Project Delivery: Take ownership of BI projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and alignment with business goals.
* Team Support: Mentor and guide team members to maximize their potential and ensure continuity during this interim period.
* Business Development: Contribute to refining BI offerings and identifying growth opportunities.

What You Bring

We're seeking a dynamic freelancer with the technical skills, leadership experience, and adaptability to deliver immediate impact.

Essential Skills:

* Strong track record of delivering dashboards and visualizations with a focus on data quality.
* Knowledge of ETL processes and SQL.
* Proficiency in Power BI or similar tools.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

* Experience in media industry or B2B project management.
* Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.
* Proven ability to lead teams or manage business development initiatives.

Education:
A bachelor's degree in BI, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields is desirable.
