Key Responsibilities:

Platform Configuration:
* Customize Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Operations) to align with business needs.
* Develop and manage workflows, business rules, forms, and dashboards.
* Implement and maintain security roles, user permissions, and data access policies.

System Administration:
* Monitor system performance and address technical issues promptly.
* Manage and maintain integrations with other enterprise applications.
* Conduct regular system updates and ensure compatibility with new releases.

Collaboration and Support:
* Partner with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
* Provide training and ongoing support to end-users.
* Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams for Dynamics 365-related activities.

Quality Assurance and Compliance:
* Ensure system configurations comply with industry standards and best practices.
* Conduct thorough testing of configurations and integrations.
* Maintain documentation for all system changes and configurations.
Qualifications:

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
*
Experience:
* Minimum [X years] of experience working with Dynamics 365 applications.
* Strong background in configuring and managing CRM and ERP modules within Dynamics 365.
