Job Description: As the Technical Lead for the D365 F&O system, you will report directly to the CIO playing a vital role in the implementation, configuration, and transformation of our ERP platform. You will collaborate with MS partners, users and takeholders to ensure teh solutions align with business needs and supports growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Ensure the functional and technical integrity of the D365 F&O environment from start to finish.
* Collaborate with strategic and architectural teams to integrate specifications and requirements.
* Support business analysts in producing high-quality functional requirements, test cases, and documentation.
* Guide the support team to enhance their understanding and provide thorough documentation.
* Participate in monitoring and reporting on project progress, status, and risks, implementing corrective actions in conjunction with other teams as necessary.
* Facilitate discussions with both business and technical stakeholders to transform key business needs into a technical vision and actionable solutions.
* Continuously research current and emerging technologies, recommending updates when appropriate.
* Monitor project progress, status, and risks, and implement necessary adjustments in collaboration with other teams.
* Ensure preparedness for software releases by coordinating testing efforts with relevant teams.
Skills & Qualifications
* experience with 1 or more full life cycle implementation of D365 F&O
* Bilingual English and French
* Able to manage change and training activities related to ERP activities
