Finance Lead (D365 Business Central) - Aventura, FL - Hybrid

Job Description

We are actively working with a leading company in the luxury distribution space based out of the beautiful Aventura Area actively on the lookout for a finance lead to lead the Finance and Accounting functions with 2 direct reports as they expand globally. This role will be hybrid 3 days remote and is responsible for managing the general ledger, accounts payable and receivable functions, overseeing internal controls, tax support, and providing guidance to a CEO.

Skills Needed:

* Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance.
* At least 5-8 years of accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role reporting in to a CEO.
* Experience in a public accounting firm and/or in a corporate setting with exposure to both financial and managerial accounting.
* Must have experience with ERP systems including Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Dynamics 365 Business Central.
* Experience with tax accounting, compliance and working with the CFO to ensure the company's total financial health.
* Experience in ensuring all financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with regulatory requirements
* Experience managing month-end and year-end close processes with a team.
* Strong knowledge of GAAP.
