Senior D365 CE Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, implementation, and support of Dynamics 365 solutions
* Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into user stories and functional specifications
* Map out and refine business processes to ensure efficient system integration
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members
* Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements
* Support change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of solutions

Essential Skills & Experience

* Proven track record in delivering and supporting Dynamics 365 solutions
* Expertise in PowerApps and Power Automate (Flows)
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Experience with business process mapping and functional documentation
* Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
* Ability to lead large-scale projects and drive successful outcomes
* Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Power BI, and Canvas Apps (preferred)
* Microsoft certifications are a plus
* Experience working with charities or not-for-profit organisations is advantageous
