Position: BC Implementation Specialist
📍 Location: Mansfield, TX (On-site)

Overview:
We are seeking a BC Implementation Specialist to provide hands-on IT support and oversee Microsoft Business Central systems. This role collaborates with the IT Manager to support hardware, software, databases, and warehouse technology. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of IT experience, strong SQL skills, and experience troubleshooting Business Central.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide desktop and hardware support for office and warehouse teams.
* Maintain and troubleshoot warehouse scanning systems.
* Manage and optimize Microsoft Business Central and SQL databases.
* Assist in ERP upgrades, integrations, and automation.
* Collaborate with leadership to implement IT strategies.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of IT experience in system administration or support.
✅ Expertise in Microsoft Business Central (implementation, troubleshooting).
✅ Strong SQL skills for data management and reporting.
✅ Experience with desktop, mobile, and warehouse hardware.
✅ Problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
✔ C# or Python for automation.
✔ Experience in ERP upgrades and IT project management.
✔ Certifications in Business Central, SQL Server, or cloud platforms.
