Overview:

We are seeking a talented D365 CRM Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customizing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to enhance our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, and implement customized CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to D365 CRM functionalities.
* Integrate D365 with other applications and services as needed.
* Develop solutions using Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Conduct user training and provide ongoing support.
* Stay updated on the latest D365 and Power Platform features and best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a D365 CRM Developer.
* Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, and web services (REST/SOAP).
* Strong understanding of CRM concepts and practices.
* Experience with Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
