Senior Manager - D365 CRM Platform Location: Toronto/GTA (Hybrid)
We're seeking an experienced leader to drive customer experience technology within a new CRM ecosystem. This role will oversee a team delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and related initiatives that enhance customer interactions. The CRM Manager will play a key role in optimizing Dynamics CRM to create a seamless and impactful customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead a team in delivering a best-in-class Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution that enhances customer experience.
*Oversee CRM integrations, enhancements, and customer-impacting features across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
*Align Dynamics CRM initiatives with business objectives to improve engagement and operational efficiency.
*Collaborate with stakeholders to drive adoption, optimize workflows, and ensure system effectiveness.
*Execute and refine the CRM roadmap, prioritizing innovation and scalability.
*Establish best practices for Dynamics CRM usage, support, and training.
What You Bring
*5+ years of experience in CRM leadership, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Power Platform, Customer Insights).
*Proven ability to lead teams and deliver CRM solutions that enhance customer experience.
*Strong understanding of CRM integrations, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
*Experience working with stakeholders to optimize Dynamics CRM for sales, marketing, and customer engagement.
*Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
