The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the development team, working toward the implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge, in-house .NET applications. Responsibilities include contributing architectural and design decisions, supporting and guiding team members, and collaborating closely with business managers to address their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Contributing development efforts
* Being part of key architectural discussions and design decisions
* Supporting and guiding team members in technology matters
* Collaborating with business managers to identify requirements
* Ensuring the team reaches its goals by managing backlog, deliveries, and priorities
* Promoting agile development methodologies

Requirements:

* Relevant academic background
* 5+ years' experience as a developer, preferably with diverse project exposure
* Proficiency in Modern .NET, ASP .NET Core, SQL Server, React, and TypeScript
* Strong backend development skills with an understanding of frontend development
* Familiarity with infrastructure and information architecture
* Experience in the finance sector is a plus
