    We are looking for you to bring:

    * Minimum of 5 years in a technical architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft 365 solutions.
    * Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture, including proficiency in SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
    * Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert) are beneficial
    * Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex requirements and design scalable solutions.
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    * Proven experience managing projects through the full life-cycle, with a focus on delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
