This is an internal senior developer role within a well-established retail organisation in Sweden, where Dynamics 365 CE sits at the heart of customer engagement and operational efficiency. With live environments already running in Benelux and a major Nordic rollout underway, this is a chance to step into a technically challenging programme with scale, longevity, and autonomy.

    The Role

This position is designed for an experienced developer who wants to go beyond delivery and take full responsibility for code quality, integrations, and technical architecture.

You will act as a technical anchor within the Dynamics team, driving best practices, shaping solutions, and ensuring the CE platform is robust, scalable, and future-proof.

    What You'll Be Doing

    *

Owning the technical design and development of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
    *

Leading the technical direction of projects, from architecture to implementation
    *

Managing releases and deployment pipelines, ensuring smooth and controlled delivery
    *

Coordinating and overseeing integrated ISVs and external systems
    *

Ensuring code quality, performance, and maintainability across environments
    *

Maintaining and supporting non-production and production environments
    *

Troubleshooting complex issues across CE, Azure, and integrations
    *

Acting as a technical role model, raising standards and driving engineering excellence

    Your Technical Background

    *

5+ years' experience working with Dynamics 365 CE / Dataverse
    *

Strong experience with API integrations, Dual Write, and release pipelines
    *

    Solid Azure skillset, including:

    *

    Azure Functions
    *

    Logic Apps
    *

    Service Bus

    *

Good working knowledge of SQL Server and database-related tasks
    *

Comfortable designing solutions end-to-end and making architectural decisions

    The Team & Environment

    *

Part of a Dynamics team of 23 CE & F&O consultants, with 10 based in Sweden
    *

A mix of developers and functional consultants already in place - now looking for strong technical leadership
    *

An international, collaborative team culture with a variety of personalities
    *

A long-term Nordic programme that is complex, demanding, and rewarding, offering genuine influence and independence

    What's In It for You

    *

Collective agreement including insurance, pension, and enhanced parental pay
    *

Employee discount across the retail business
    *

    3,500 SEK home office allowance
    *

A stable internal role with long-term projects, not short-term consulting rotations
    *

The opportunity to truly own and shape a Dynamics CE platform at scale

If you're looking for a senior, internal Dynamics CE role where your technical decisions matter and your work has long-term impact, this is a rare opportunity worth exploring.
