Key Responsibilities

Lead full Business Central implementation efforts, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Partner with business stakeholders to document and translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
*
Design, configure, and develop customizations and extensions within Business Central.
*
Manage integrations between Business Central and third-party add-ons, ensuring reliable data flow and system performance.
*
Build reports, workflows, and enhancements to streamline business processes.
*
Support MRP activities, ensuring proper planning, scheduling, and execution.
*
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical Business Central issues.
*
Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
*
Maintain best practices, optimize performance, and uphold system standards.
Qualifications
*
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience.
*
3+ years of experience with D365 Business Central.
*
Proven experience supporting or leading Business Central implementations.
*
Strong understanding of AL and C/AL development.
*
Background in integrating Business Central with third-party applications and add-ons.
*
Familiarity with APIs, web services, and data migration tools.
*
Experience with MRP processes, especially within manufacturing environments.
*
Preferred experience connecting external platforms (CRM, EDI, payroll, work order management, e-commerce, reporting solutions) to Business Central.
*
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
*
Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
*
Familiarity with Azure services and SQL databases.
*
Experience with Business Central upgrades and cloud migration projects.
