    Job Type: Permanent

    Overview

    A dynamic and innovative organization is seeking a Lead IT Project Manager to drive technology-focused initiatives from inception through to successful delivery. This individual will be responsible for managing multiple high-impact projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, depending on project requirements. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally across the business and play a key role in ensuring IT projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
    * Lead project initiation, planning, and execution phases, ensuring clear scope, deliverables, and milestones.
    * Proactively monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet objectives.
    * Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues to minimize project disruption.
    * Allocate and manage internal and external project resources effectively.
    * Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with project standards.
    * Drive change management initiatives and support adoption of new systems and processes.
    * Manage project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and cost control.
    * Collaborate with third-party technology providers and oversee their performance.
    * Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver timely progress reports.
    * Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and process improvement within the team.

    Required Qualifications & Experience

    * Bachelor's Degree (NQF Level 7) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar.
    * Postgraduate qualification in a related field (Preferred but not mandatory).
    * Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile DSDM, or equivalent).

    * Strong knowledge of the full project lifecycle and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).

    Dans le cadre du développement de son agence à Paris IDF, mon client, hébergeur, est à la recherche de son/sa futur(e) Chef(fe) de Projet Microsoft 365-Infrastructure, en CDI.



    En qualité de Chef(fe)de Projet, votre rôle principal sera de piloter et coordonner simultanement plusieurs projets techniques pour différents clients (budget, périmètre, planning, qualité).



    Vos missions seront les suivantes :

    * Préparation et animation de l'ensemble des réunions projets avec les différentes équipes et clients
    * Définition des objectifs & livrables, en prenant en compte les risques & contraintes des clients
    * Rédaction du cahier des charges (Contexte, Spécifications fonctionnelles et non fonctionnelles, Ressources, Délais, Budget)
    * Définition et gestion du planning
    * Suivi du budget
    * Faire le lien entre les clients, les équipes projets et fournisseurs
    * Suivre l'avancée des projets en veillant au bon delivery
    * Effectuer et communiquer en continue le reporting
    * Faire respecter les échéances de facturation



    Profil recherché :

    * Issu(e) d'une formation BAC+3 minimum, vous avez une première expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans le pilotage de projet, en mode agile.
    * Belles connaissances des outils collaboratifs Microsoft 365 et des infrastructures sytèmes et réseaux
    * Belle expression écrite et orale
    * Sens du service
    * Force de proposition
