As part of their continued growth, they are seeking a talented and motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to join their dynamic team and deliver cutting-edge solutions to clients.
Role Overview: As a Dynamics 365 F&O Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through the implementation, optimisation, and support of their Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations F&O and SCM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse business requirements, and tailor solutions that align with client needs, driving operational efficiency and business transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consultation & Analysis: Engage with clients to gather and understand business requirements, providing expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM best practices.
* Solution Design: Lead the functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 F&O and SCM modules, ensuring alignment with business processes and objectives.
* Implementation & Integration: Support the end-to-end implementation process, including system configuration, data migration, user training, and integration with other enterprise systems.
* Customisation & Configuration: Configure and customise Dynamics 365 F&O modules such as Procurement, Inventory Management, Sales and Logistics, Production Control, and Warehouse Management to meet client-specific needs.
* Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop test scripts, perform system testing, and ensure the solutions meet functional and business requirements before go-live.
* Training & Support: Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support, ensuring a smooth transition to the new system and continued optimisation.
Requirements:
* Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, with a focus on Supply Chain Management modules.
* Proven track record in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 F&O/SCM solutions in a functional consultant capacity.
* Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management processes, including Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Production Control, and Distribution.
* Experience with system integrations, data migration, and third-party tools.
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.
* Bachelor's degree.
