Business Central - Senior Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Central Senior Consultant to join a dynamic and forward-thinking Microsoft Partner. This role offers the flexibility of working from home while providing access to an office environment if preferred. As part of our team, you'll work with a range of clients across industries, delivering end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead full lifecycle Business Central implementations, from requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and go-live.
* Provide expert-level support and consultancy to clients, tailoring Business Central to their specific business needs.
* Perform gap analyses and propose scalable solutions to meet client requirements.
* Configure, customize and extend Business Central using AL and other tools.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects on time and within budget.
* Deliver training sessions and workshops to empower clients to maximize their use of Business Central.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics and industry trends to maintain a cutting-edge approach to solutions.

Skills Required:

* Proven expertise in Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV) implementations, with hands-on experience in both technical and functional aspects.
* Strong understanding of financial processes, supply chain management, or manufacturing modules within Business Central.
* Customizing & Configuring: Experience with AL coding and customizing Business Central applications is highly desirable.
* Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both technical and non-technical.
* Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
* Previous experience in a Microsoft Partner environment is a plus.
