Responsibilities (based on job description)
* Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions.
* Offer solutions for business needs or issues.
* Support the design of technical solutions.
* Ensure project quality meets MSC standards.
* Design, develop, deploy, customize, and integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
* Configure and customize on standard workflows, dashboards, forms, views and develop standard or custom reports.
* Develop web application, web API, console application, window services to integrate with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Complete the documentation required including the source codes, technical specification, and unit test result.
Skill Set Needed:
* Strong background with D365 CRM / CE / Customer Service.
* Minimum 5 years' experience with implementing and supporting large D365 environments.
* Experience supporting CRM implementations.
* Strong D365 / CE development background.
* Power Platform experience.
* Experience with cloud platforms, ideally MS Azure.
* Experience with Software Engineering, Coding, Code Reviews, Building Processes, and Testing.
* Agile and Scrum experience.
* Microsoft Stack experience a plus
