HRIS Project Lead, Enterprise Solutions

My client, an enterprise company with business across the globe, is hiring an HRIS Project Lead to oversee the group level project delivery from end to end.

Role & Responsibilities

* Work as a project lead to collect and analyse internal user requirements from different business units/ parties and prioritise the importance of system implementation
* Liaise with internal IT and external vendor to make sure project delivered on time and project objectives are met
* Monitor system performance, tracking system logs and provide system support to users
* Ensure the IT solutions requirements are well documented.

Skills & Qualifications

* Over 6 years working experience in solution analysis, project delivery and system integration.
* Skilled in any of the listed HRIS products are welcome (Workday, cornerstone, peoplesoft, Oracle Fusion etc.)
* Proven track record of leading and driving technical projects in HRIS
* Strong problem-solving, analytical, reporting and presentation skills
* Regional exposure is a plus
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
* Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
