Senior GP/BC Consultant | $120k - $130k Base Salary | Remote (Ideally CST)



We are excited to announce that we are expanding and looking to grow our team with a new Senior Consultant to focus on our Dynamics Business Central offerings!



Position Summary:

The Senior Consultant will lead Dynamics Business Central (BC) projects for clients, utilizing best practices to design, implement, and upgrade solutions for both Microsoft Cloud and on-premises installations. This role will also provide subject matter expertise and support for escalated issues, as well as assist in refining internal processes and best practices.



Key Responsibilities:

* Design, test, implement, and support customizations in Dynamics BC for both new and existing clients
* Reconcile and resolve Dynamics BC data issues when necessary
* Identify and present opportunities for software or service improvements, including training, new modules, and business process consulting
* Document and communicate issues, risks, and changes through internal project management systems
* Manage application updates, hotfixes, and upgrades for clients
* Act as a backup for Application Support Desk and manage escalated support issues
* Assist in creating and maintaining internal and external product training materials and documentation
* Participate in client training sessions and assist in the rollout of new features and customizations
* Maintain a billing utilization rate of 75% or higher



Desired Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree or higher preferred
* 3+ years of experience with the design, configuration, and support of Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
* Proven experience working collaboratively in a team environment



Work Environment:

* Primarily remote with a moderate noise level in the work environment
* Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds may be required
