Senior D365 eCommerce Consultant - Remote - £70k

Nigel Frank are working with a leading Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and digital transformation solutions.

Our client operates at the forefront of the industry, partnering with global organisations to deliver innovative D365 eCommerce solutions and exceptional service. Together, we are searching for a highly skilled Senior D365 eCommerce Consultant to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities:

* Consult with clients to understand their unique eCommerce goals and challenges.
* Analyse existing business processes and recommend optimal functionalities within Dynamics 365 Commerce.
* Design and configure the eCommerce platform tailored to each client's specific needs.
* Develop and execute data migration strategies for seamless transitions to the new system.
* Collaborate with developers and technical teams to address system integration challenges.
* Guide clients through user training and ongoing support to maximise platform adoption.
* Document configurations, work-flows, and modifications to support system enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Significant experience with Dynamics eCommerce, including the latest version of Dynamics Commerce and its enhancements.
* Strong understanding of ERP systems and their business applications.
* Awareness of technical components within an ERP environment and their integration with the Commerce application.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office for documentation, analysis, and presentations.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
