My client, an enterprise company with business across the globe, is hiring an HRMS Project Lead to oversee the group level project delivery from end to end.
Role & Responsibilities
* Bridge in between IT and the HR Departments to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions for existing systems.
* Translates functional requirements into work breakdown structures and technical specifications via information gathering, workshops, sessions and interviews.
* Communicates with project teams, internal clients, and vendors.
* Assist in HRMS project administration and system implementation throughout the transformation
* Ad hoc projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
* Solid working background in any HR function with exposure to involve in HRMS transformation project
* Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
* Experience in HRMS implementation/transformation/upgrade is advantageous.
* Proficient in MS O365 e.g SharePoint, Excel and managing data.
* Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English are required
