Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) Systems Specialist - Mahwah, NJ

Nigel Frank is working with an innovative discrete manufacturing parts company committed to leveraging technology based out of Mahwah, NJ on the lookout for a Dynamics 365 for Sales (Dynamics CRM) specialist. This role will be on site and the client is looking for a talented Dynamics 365 analyst with a strong background in administration, functional expertise and some development exposure in Dynamics 365 for sales or Dynamics CRM to drive process improvements across the organisation.

This organisation's office is right on Route 17 and it's a pretty popular area in New Jersey only 40 minutes from Newark.

Key Responsibilities:

* Functional Requirements gathering and documentation background in Dynamics 365 for Sales (Dynamics CRM)
* Experience in configuring and supporting Dynamics CRM solutions
* Develop and maintain knowledge of Dynamics 365 for Sales and associated add-ons (e.g Experlogix CPQ)
* Experience in Microsoft SQL
* Experience in providing consultation and support during Dynamics 365 for Sales (CRM) installations, upgrades, and customizations.
* Exposure to PowerApps and Power Automate.
