Job Title: Dynamics 365 F&O Consultant (Sales, Purchase, and SCM)

Location: Stockholm

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Consultant with a strong background in Sales, Purchase, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients implement, optimize, and support their Dynamics 365 F&O systems, focusing on the Sales, Purchase, and SCM modules. Your role will involve gathering requirements, configuring solutions, providing training, and delivering best practices to drive process improvements and enhance overall business performance.



Key Responsibilities:

* Consultation & Analysis:

* Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements related to Sales, Purchase, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Conduct workshops and gather functional requirements to configure Dynamics 365 F&O solutions that align with business goals.
* Advise clients on best practices for Sales, Purchase, and SCM processes, focusing on process improvements and efficiency.

* Solution Design & Configuration:

* Configure and implement Dynamics 365 F&O modules related to Sales, Purchase, and SCM, ensuring the solution meets business requirements.
* Customize workflows, reports, and dashboards to enhance user experience and operational effectiveness.
* Ensure that all configurations and customizations are aligned with client business rules and processes.

* System Implementation & Support:

* Assist in the full lifecycle of Dynamics 365 F&O implementations, including system setup, testing, training, and deployment.
* Provide post-implementation support to ensure smooth transitions and resolve any system issues.
* Work with development teams to design and implement custom solutions where necessary.

* Training & Documentation:

* Develop user manuals, training materials, and documentation for end-users.
* Provide training and guidance to end-users on the use of the system, ensuring they understand the capabilities and functionality of Dynamics 365 F&O in Sales, Purchase, and SCM.
* Troubleshoot user issues and provide ongoing user support and guidance.

* Collaboration & Communication:

* Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within deadlines.
* Maintain clear communication with clients to provide regular project updates and ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications:

* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Experience:

* Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), specifically in Sales, Purchase, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
* Strong understanding of the end-to-end processes in Sales, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
* Experience with data migration, system integration, and configuration of Dynamics 365 modules.

* Technical Skills:

* Proficient in configuring and implementing Dynamics 365 F&O modules for Sales, Purchase, and SCM.
* Familiarity with integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O and other systems, such as CRM or external supply chain tools.
* Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, and other Microsoft tools for reporting and automation is a plus.

* Certifications:

* Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, or equivalent certification (preferred but not required).

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
