About the Role

As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a crucial role in our Data & Analytics team. This team is at the heart of our digital strategy, ensuring that data flows efficiently through our systems and is leveraged to drive informed decision-making across the organization. Your work will focus on both managing and developing Power BI solutions to support data-driven operations at every level of the business.



Key Responsibilities:

* Develop, optimize, and maintain Power BI models and DAX expressions.
* Streamline Power BI environments and ensure best practices for reporting and visualization.
* Train and mentor colleagues across IT and business functions in Power BI usage.
* Enable data-driven decision-making by delivering insightful reports and dashboards.
* Collaborate with various teams to understand business needs and translate them into data solutions.
* Continuously improve data visualization techniques and dashboard performance.



What We're Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you should have practical knowledge and experience in Power BI development, with a strong background in performance optimization and dimensional modelling. You are proactive, analytical, and enjoy problem-solving in a fast-moving environment.



Must-have qualifications:

* 4+ Years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including datasets, DAX, and Analysis Services.
* Strong expertise in dimensional modelling and data structuring.
* Fluency in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
* A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Science, or a related field.
* Ability to conduct training sessions for developers, super users, and analysts.



Nice-to-have skills:

* Experience working with Azure or other cloud platforms.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
* A keen eye for design, colour, and user-friendly visualizations.
