D365 CE Functional Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our growing team at an established Microsoft Partner. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working collaboratively and wants to develop their skills in Power Platform and other Microsoft technologies.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional site visits as required.

Role & Responsibilities

Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design tailored Microsoft solutions
*

Configure and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies to optimise business processes
*

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
*

Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance customer adoption of solutions
*

Get involved with Power Platform projects - no prior experience needed, just a willingness to learn



Skills & Qualifications

*

Experience as a Functional Consultant or in a similar role
*

Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering
*

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
*

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
*

Willingness to learn and develop Power Platform skills
