ERP Manager - D365 F&O

Position Overview

We're seeking an experienced ERP Manager, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, to join our team with a clear pathway to a management role within 12 months. This strategic position requires both technical expertise and leadership potential to guide our evolving D365 landscape.



Key Responsibilities

* Drive end-to-end D365 F&O implementations from analysis through support
* Lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders through ERP initiatives
* Design scalable solutions leveraging the Microsoft ecosystem
* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members



Requirements

* Deep hands-on implementation experience with Dynamics AX / D365 F&O
* Participation in at least three full-cycle ERP implementations
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Lifecycle Services (LCS), ISV solutions, and integration strategies
* Experience with Azure and emerging Microsoft technologies
* Consulting mindset with excellent communication skills
* Leadership capabilities and strategic vision



Ideal Background

* Professional services experience preferred
* History of working effectively with cross-functional delivery teams
* Demonstrated ability to transition technical expertise into leadership roles
