We are looking for an ambitious Power Platform Developer with at least 2-3 years of experience in the role. If you can transform complex business logic into a complete solution and break low-code limitations, we want to hear from you. Apply now!

Your responsibilities

* Building Power Platform solutions from the initial stage of data and requirement acquisition to their final release
* Creating container-based, scalable UIs in Canvas Apps or views in Model Driven apps
* Transforming business logic into Power Automate flows / Logic Apps
* Planning ERD database schemas for SharePoint or Dataverse solutions and their execution including implementation of security models
* Conducting peer code review and performing optimization of existing code in challenging scenarios
* Working closely on small to medium scale projects with development teams of 3-6 people

We are looking for

* 2-3+ years of hands-on experience in creating Power Platform Solutions including Power Apps Canvas, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate or Logic Apps
* Self-driven desire to build quality solutions with clean code
* Proficiency in working with Dataverse, SharePoint and SQL data sources
* Knowledge of Power Platform, DevOps or GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines
* Highly developed analytical and communication skills
* Fluency in both English and Polish language, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

* Background in Business Analysis, Business Intelligence or Artificial Intelligence
* Capability to build and integrate with Power BI dashboards including knowledge of DAX / Power Query would be an asset
* Knowledge of PnP PowerShell and XRM Toolbox
* Proficiency in Git, Python, .NET, YAML, SQL, FetchXML, JavaScript/Typescript, React
* Ability to create PCF or SPFx components and Dataverse plug-ins
* Experience in leading technical teams, ability to work in a team and mentor less experienced members of the team
* Elementary knowledge of Agile / SCRUM / DevOps,
* Previous experiences with Azure cloud including Azure OpenAI or Microsoft Sustainability Manager
* Microsoft certification: PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, PL-600

What you will be doing:

* Designing, implementing and maintaining MS Dynamics CRM custom extensions (plugins, workflow, scripts) for Sales & Customer Service,
* Adapting standard MS Dynamics 365 CRM (Online) functionalities for Sales & Customer Service to achieve business goals,
* Fixing bugs efficient by using the best technical designs practices,
* Assisting and solving issues by helping with most difficult or serious blockers,
* Self-testing new functionalities,
* Participating in Code review sessions,
* Using Agile techniques focused on delivering high quality software,
* Spreading knowledge about new and relevant technologies among the development team,
* Function as back-up in team were needed,
* Help the team achieve sprint goals.

What you bring:

* Minimum 5 years of full-time consulting/developing MS Dynamics 365,
* Experienced with MS Dynamics 365,
* Strong background in coding C#, .Net, Java Script,
* Experienced with integration of Dynamics CRM with other systems,
* Knowledge and understanding of design patterns and their applications,
* Ability to design plugins, scripts, and workflows,
* Ability to investigate and fix code and system issues,
* Ability to work in a team and mentoring less experienced team members,
* Fluent communication in English,
* Flexible attitude on ad-hoc prioritizations due to business decisions.

Nice to have:

* Experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Online,
* Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, Azure DevOps or GitHub,
* Experience in CRM-CPQ integration,
* Agile mindset and Scrum framework,
* Experience working in international organization on multiple projects/tasks,
* Good communication skills,
* Initiative and ability to work without a close supervision.

Twój zakres obowiązków

* Współpraca z użytkownikami w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb biznesowych i technologicznych w zakresie danych.
* Projektowanie architektury danych oraz rozwiązań analitycznych opartych na Snowflake.
* Wdrażanie i konfiguracja środowisk Snowflake, w tym integracja z narzędziami ETL/ELT oraz BI.
* Optymalizacja wydajności baz danych i zapytań w Snowflake.
* Szkolenie i wsparcie dla zespołów klientów w zakresie najlepszych praktyk używania Snowflake.
* Monitorowanie i diagnostyka problemów z danymi oraz zaproponowanie odpowiednich rozwiązań.
* Współpraca z Dostawcami w zakresie wdrożenia rozwiązania Snowflake.

Nasze wymagania

* Doświadczenie w pracy z platformą Snowflake lub podobnymi rozwiązaniami chmurowymi.
* Umiejętność projektowania architektury danych oraz procesów ETL/ELT.
* Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne i rozwiązywania problemów.
* Umiejętność pracy w zespole.
* Dobre umiejętności organizacyjne oraz zdolność do pracy wielozadaniowej.

Mile widziane

* Doświadczenie w pracy z narzędziami BI (np. Tableau, Power BI)
* Znajomość SQL oraz języków programowania używanych do analizy danych (np. Python, R)
