A growing industry leader is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Administrator to support and optimize its multi-entity BC environment. This role focuses on system configuration, support, and process optimization across finance, sales, inventory, and core modules.



Key Responsibilities

* Configure, maintain, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central in Multi-Entity Management (MEM) environments.
* Lead Business Central implementations and system upgrades.
* Act as the primary IT contact for Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 technical needs.
* Gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
* Provide training, user support, and process improvements.



Qualifications & Skills

* 3+ years of Business Central experience.
* Proven leadership in BC implementations.
* Experience supporting multi-entity BC environments.
* Background as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant (requirements gathering, troubleshooting, documentation, SOPs).
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Power BI experience is a plus.

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with the month-end close process, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and support various accounting functions, including accounts receivable management and customer account maintenance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Role & Responsibilities

* Assist with the month-end close process.
* Perform balance sheet reconciliations.
* Assist the Accounting Manager with special projects and duties as assigned.
* Post daily ACH receipts and checks from customers.
* Process daily bank deposits.
* Set up new customer accounts and perform credit checks.
* Contact customers with outstanding payments.
* Perform weekly A/R analysis and provide reports to management.
* Maintain customer accounts and records of communications.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
* Utilise customer portals to obtain payment status, reconcile accounts, and retrieve payment remittance.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
* At least two years of experience in the Finance or Accounting industry.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
* Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.

* 5+ years of experience in one or more of SQL, NoSQL scripting
* Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate data
* Experience in data warehousing, data modeling, and data mapping

* Power BI Experience
* Experience with SSIS, Spark, Unix/Linux scripting, cloud computing services (e.g. AWS), Hadoop, Netezza
* Familiarity with structured and non-structured datastore technologies
* Strong documentation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple work streams concurrently





Hybrid working policy:



* 3 days per week on premise in Chicago, 2 days remote.

Dynamics NAV Developer - Chicago - $85k - Remote

Our client is a top of the line industrial machinery manufacturer in the Detroit area. They are looking for an ERP Developer to play a key technical role in several ongoing NAV projects, as well as provide support, reporting, and programming capabilities for ongoing systems improvement.

Your New Role

* Build Solutions, primarily through C/AL modifications, but also other programming tools such as C#, SQL, JavaScript, Python, and .NET
* Act as the technical lead for future upgrades
* Solve stakeholder technical issues by building accurate and quality technical designs, as well as using non-code technologies (Power Platform, Excel, etc.)
* Champion best practice standards to build quality code
* Provide technical support for key users, working alongside the organization's in-house ERP team and external VAR
* Use subject matter skills to help guide project development
* Guide team through technical planning and strategy
* All other duties as assigned

What You'll Need:

* Experience in a Software Development or Technical Consultant position
* Experience with D365 Business Central (AL extensions) or Navision programming (C/AL)
* Experience with .NET, JavaScript, Visual Basic, and SQL a strong plus
* Ability to interact well with customers to solve their technical issues
* Business Central implementation experience preferred
* Great communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical personnel
* Excellent analytical mindset and problem solving ability
