Project Manager-Dynamics 365 F&O - $130k -Miami, FL-Remote
One of our top clients in the Microsoft Partner channel is looking for an ERP Project Manager/Sr. Business Analyst to play a key role in leading a multi-site D365 F&O implementation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Act as Project Manager to various projects, managing communications and schedules with external customer stakeholders and internal team members. Manage project scope and project budgets
* Create long and short-term project plans, including set targets for milestones and adhere to deadlines and budgets.
* Schedule, organize, prep, and conduct project kick-off calls with customer and internal team.
* Delegate tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them.
* Communicate with customers and internal teams to keep the project aligned with their goals.
* Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the expected standards.
* Review project actual versus budgeted costs and communicate statuses to both the customer and internal management and sales teams.
* Ensure project work is kept within agreed defined scope and initiate Change Orders as needed.
* Adjust schedules and targets on the project as needed.
* Conduct client stakeholder interviews to identify business requirements of proposed software solutions.
* Assist in requirements gathering and business process flow and document as required.
* Analyze the business processes, procedures, organization structure in order to identify problems and determine solutions.
* Translate and document requirements into Business Requirements Document (BRD) or Functional Design Document (FDD) for implementation and development teams.
* Work with functional and technical consultants to clearly define a scope of work.
* Perform quality assurance and testing.
* Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to ensure clients' needs are met effectively.
* Assist in ERP System and Module Setup and Configuration
* Maintain Design Decision documentation
* Test, deploy and confirm solutions meet the stated needs of the project or customer
* Assist client in full migration of master, historical, and transactional data
* Deliver Customer Support Services an ongoing basis
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
* Experience leading Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Implementations
* Additional experience with Dynamics AX, NAV, or Business Central
* Three (3) years of experience in Project Management
* Two to three years of ERP implementation or support experience preferred
* Three to five years related work experience of system application review and design.
* Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis and methodology development
* Willingness to complete necessary training and certification exams
* Knowledge of Microsoft suite tools: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint,
* Proficient in ERP modules, including Financials, Banking, Distribution, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Inventory, Fixed Assets, Intercompany and Consolidation modules
* Ability to work with both technical and non-technical personnel to resolve problems
* Proficient in project management tools such as MS Azure DevOps, JIRA, Team Planner, etc.
