    About the Company:

    My client is currently seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 F&O SCM WMS Lead Consultant to join a rapidly growing team. This role involves participation in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, and projects related to the development, maintenance, and creation of Dynamics 365 products. The client is an international manufacturing company implementing innovative solutions to enhance their efficiency.



    The Role:

    As a SCM WMS Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes into D365 F&O.



    Key Responsibilities:

    *

    Lead/drive the blueprinting discussions with customer business team (outcome based).
    *

    Prepare Solution blueprint for SCM and WMS process requirements.
    *

    Visit customer Warehouse to understand the business operations.
    *

    Evaluate customer existing applications that manage SCM and WMS operations.
    *

    Prepare Fit/gap analysis for all requirements based on discussions with customer.
    *

    Configure demos to be presented to customer during blueprinting and Sprint show & tell sessions.
    *

    Prepare Functional design document for requirements/User stories related to Finance.
    *

    Solution Design, Data model design for all SCM and WMS requirements.
    *

    Provide inputs for data migration and integration design.
    *

    Participate in Functional and User Acceptance Testing as and when required.
    *

    Support Testing team, training team with functionality.
    *

    Work on Training documentation and train the trainers.
    *

    Prepare functional cut-over plan.
    *

    Support deployment and hyper care.



    Your Profile:

    Key skills/knowledge/experience:

    *

    Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Advanced Warehouse management.
    *

    Very strong knowledge of the SCM & WMS business processes and modules.
    *

    Excellent Communication Skills.
    *

    Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
    *

    Ability to do requirement analysis, documentation, solution designing.
    *

    Good Proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts.
    *

    Experience with convergence with Interface and Third-Party systems.
    *

    Experience of at least two SCM and Advanced WMS implementations using Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012. At least one using Dynamics 365 F&O.
    *

    Experience of working in Agile methodology & working under pressure and to deadlines.
    *

    Experience of preparing FRD, FDD.
    *

    Ability to communicate in English at a minimum B2 level



    Good to have:

    *

    Knowledge of Power Platform - PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate.
    *

    Knowledge of MS Azure
    *

    Microsoft certification is desired.
    *

    Ability to communicate in Polish or Spanish at a minimum A2 level
