    Key tasks:



    *

    * Resolve various infrastructure issues, including but not limited to:

    * Windows servers (Virtual and physical) and PC environments.
    * On premise and cloud hosted solutions
    * Communications systems - LAN, WAN, Mobile and softphone
    * Security, Cyber, User, application and network
    * Firewall, Antivirus and associated elements of security
    * Patching of Windows and core applications

    * Implementation and maintenance of software and hardware solutions
    * Undertake system testing for new and periodic application review
    * Perform environment health checks and lead remedial activities
    * Assist in coordinating changes to software configurations
    * Effectively communicate with customers and end users
    * Local and remote desktop support ensuring deliverables are met
    * Support ongoing IT projects
    * Work closely with IT Management in planning, implementation and maintenance of Windows Server infrastructure
    * Deliver all work in accordance with change control procedure
    * Comply with company Health and Safety policies

    Job Role:

    As a Business Analyst specializing in Dynamics AX, you will play a critical role in our logistics operations.
