Role & Responsibilities
* Work with internal stakeholders to optimize system performance and functionality.
* Provide hands-on support for employee email systems, desktop computers, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Manage and resolve employee technology issues in a timely and efficient manner.
* Manage and enhance Microsoft Business Central systems to support organizational needs.
* Train employees on effective use of Business Central tools and features.
Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central, including implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related role
* Strong expertise in SQL for database management and reporting.
