Our focus is on continuous improvement and innovation, particularly in warehouse management and logistics. We are currently seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our dedicated product team, focusing on Dynamics AX. This role is vital to our ongoing efforts to enhance and customize our systems.



Job Role:

As a Business Analyst specializing in Dynamics AX, you will play a critical role in our logistics operations. You will collaborate closely with business units to support, enhance, and customize our AX system, particularly in the area of warehouse management. This position requires deep expertise in logistics and significant experience with Dynamics AX, as you will be responsible for ensuring our systems meet the complex needs of our business.



Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the product team, reporting to the head of product, to support logistics operations across 15 companies using Dynamics (AX 2009).
* Coordinate with business units to gather requirements and implement enhancements and customizations to the AX system.
* Lead the effort in integrating warehouse management systems (WMS) with AX 2009, ensuring seamless operations and data flow.
* Provide expert advice on logistics and AX 2009, leveraging your years of experience to drive improvements and resolve challenges.
* Collaborate with the AX product owner and team members to transition financial applications to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) while maintaining robust logistics support in AX 2009.
* Ensure that the developed systems within AX meet the unique requirements of our organization, distinguishing them from standard AX implementations.



Skills & Qualifications:

* Experience: 10+ years in business analysis, with a strong focus on logistics and ERP systems, particularly Dynamics AX.
* Expertise: Hands-on experience with AX 2009, including WMS implementation and ERP integration.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of logistics processes and how they are supported by ERP systems; familiarity with transitioning to Dynamics 365 F&O is a plus.
* Professionalism: Demonstrated ability to work independently and within a team, providing expert insights and leading projects to successful completion.

This role involves participation in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, and projects related to the development, maintenance, and creation of Dynamics 365 products. The Role:

As a SCM WMS Lead Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Supply Chain and Warehouse Management processes into D365 F&O.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead/drive the blueprinting discussions with customer business team (outcome based).
*

Prepare Solution blueprint for SCM and WMS process requirements.
*

Visit customer Warehouse to understand the business operations.
*

Evaluate customer existing applications that manage SCM and WMS operations.
*

Prepare Fit/gap analysis for all requirements based on discussions with customer.
*

Configure demos to be presented to customer during blueprinting and Sprint show & tell sessions.
*

Prepare Functional design document for requirements/User stories related to Finance.
*

Solution Design, Data model design for all SCM and WMS requirements.

Provide inputs for data migration and integration design.
*

Participate in Functional and User Acceptance Testing as and when required.

Support Testing team, training team with functionality.

Work on Training documentation and train the trainers.

Your Profile:

Key skills/knowledge/experience:

*

Excellent Proficiency on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Advanced Warehouse management.
*

Very strong knowledge of the SCM & WMS business processes and modules.
*

Excellent Communication Skills.
*

Excellent documentation and articulation skills.
*

Ability to do requirement analysis, documentation, solution designing.
*

Good Proficiency in Solution architecture and design concepts.
*

Experience with convergence with Interface and Third-Party systems.
*

Experience of at least two SCM and Advanced WMS implementations using Dynamics 365 F&O and AX 2012. At least one using Dynamics 365 F&O.
*

Experience of working in Agile methodology & working under pressure and to deadlines.
*

Experience of preparing FRD, FDD.
*

Ability to communicate in English at a minimum B2 level



Good to have:

*

Knowledge of Power Platform - PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate.
*

Knowledge of MS Azure
*

Microsoft certification is desired.
*

Ability to communicate in Polish or Spanish at a minimum A2 level
