    Job description

    We are looking for a consultant with experience delivering MS 365 solutions to join the team in Oslo!

    Depending on experience and interests, your role can be flexible as we have a large selection of projects within the department

    We work with customers in public sector & private sector, and customers at enterprise level all the way down to small and medium sized local businesses

    Typical areas of responsibility can include:

    Microsoft 365 Deployment & Configuration: Lead the planning, configuration, and deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.

    Client Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic guidance, and develop customised Microsoft 365 roadmaps.

    User Training & Adoption: Deliver training sessions and workshops to ensure effective adoption and user proficiency across Microsoft 365 tools.

    Security & Compliance: Implement Microsoft 365 security best practices, including identity and access management, data protection, and compliance features.

    Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance and optimise client environments, staying up-to-date with Microsoft 365 feature updates and new releases.

    Technical Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, ensuring high-quality service delivery and resolution of Microsoft 365 issues.

    We are looking for you to bring:

    * 5+ years of experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem
    * Technical proficiency in the MS suite which can include SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform amongst others
    * Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, MS-700, MS-500, or equivalent) are beneficial
    * Previous consulting experience is beneficial, but we require you to have Strong communication skills in Norwegian and English

    This is a great opportunity for a 3rd Line Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Gold Partner. The company specialise in delivering solutions to high-profile government, banking and defence sector customers. You will get to work in a collaborative team at the forefront of digital transformation working with the latest cloud technologies (M365, Azure & AI / Co Pilot).

    As part of the role you will be working as the senior technical escalation point in a collaborative support team responsible for supporting customers complex projects / support requests. This is a hands on technical role which involves supporting their customers cloud-based systems across M365 and Azure.

    Key skills required:

    * 4+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure support role
    * Strong technical background in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure

Additionally, the team supports specific processes for government fast streamers and work experience programmes.



    Description of Role:

    The role includes overseeing user account creation, asset assignment, pre-staging laptop configurations, and deployment of IT equipment. You will also manage reporting on volumes and service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure standards are met.



    Key Responsibilities:

    * User Account Creation:Set up accounts, including Ministerial accounts, in Active Directory with correct group memberships.
    * Asset Management:Use ServiceNow to assign equipment and maintain compliance with government standards.
    * Pre-Staging Configuration:Load profiles onto laptops, ensuring proper setup with tools like Zscaler, Okta, Teams, and other applications.
